Terms & Conditions

• £100 deposit is required on booking; the balance is due 30 days prior to commencement. The full cost is due on booking if commencement is less than 30 days. Bookings can only be regarded as firm, when the full deposit has been received and written confirmation given.
• The cottage will be available to let from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and cease at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Unless prior consent has been given by the owners.
• The owners are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to personal possessions or personal accident whilst on the premises.
• The hirer agrees to keep the accommodation clean and tidy as found and leave the accommodation in a similar condition. The following basic level of cleanliness is required on departure; Cookers and ovens clean and fat-free. Kitchen floors swept. Crockery and cutlery washed/dried and put away. Toilets cleaned. Carpets vacuumed. Beds stripped (not mattress protectors). Obvious spills and stains removed. Any furniture moved restored to original position. Barbeque clean and fat-free. Bins emptied into wheelie bins and bottles in recycle wheelie bin or taken to bottle bank. Wheelie bins must be put out on the road on Monday evening. No loose bin bags to be left, bin men will not take them. Failure to meet this standard will result in a cleaning charge.
• The hirer will be responsible for the cost of any breakage, damage or exceptional cleaning by any member of the group.
• In the event of cancellation the deposit is not refunded, and within 30 days of commencement the full cost will be charged.
• The Property is let on the basis that no right to remain in the property exists by the hirer or any person allowed into the property by him.

NON SMOKERS ONLY

• To comply with the fire safety regulations, please do not use naked flames or candles in the cottages.
