The Cottage, Ktye Green has been newly furnished with a mix of new and antique furnishings. All soft furnishings are co-ordinated with the overall effect of luxury and comfort.
The cottage can sleep 8 people comprising of 4 bedrooms, 1 double en-suite room, 2 twin rooms (one of which can be made into a double if required) and 1 bunk bed room.
All pillows, duvets, linen and towels will be provided.
Cots & high chair can be provided on request.
The country style kitchen has a large dining table and leads onto a breakfast room to catch the morning sun whilst over looking the garden.
The kitchen has all the appliances and equipment for an enjoyable self catering holiday. There is a pantry next door to the kitchen with an extra fridge and freezer together with a washer/dryer.
The main sitting room has a log fire place and French doors opening on to the garden.
There is a TV with Freeview™, DVD Player, & CD Player. The perfect place to relax.
There is a second sitting room which is ideal for children to play in as well as watch TV. This also has a TV and DVD player, and an assortment of games. This room can also be converted into an extra bedroom.
There is one main bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet; as well as an en-suite shower room attached to the main bedroom. There is also a downstairs toilet and handbasin.
There is a large garden, with outside furniture as well as a barbeque provided.
A working telephone and wireless internet access are available.
You are welcome to bring your pets. There is a glass lean-to adjoining the kitchen, which has a dog basket.
